About the role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Delivery and PMO team. You will manage customer-facing projects, working closely with US-based clients and cross-team stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone with 3 to 5 years of project management experience who wants to keep learning, grow into more senior responsibilities, and help shape how we deliver projects at Reach.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the full project lifecycle across ERP
- Apply both Hybrid and Agile methodologies depending on project needs
- Own project scope, timeline, budget, risk, and quality throughout delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for US-based customers, managing expectations and communication at the highest level
- Coordinate internal teams and resources to keep projects on track
- Identify areas for improvement in how projects are run, and bring ideas forward
- Apply solid knowledge across all Project Management Knowledge Areas, including scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management
What are we looking for
Must haves:
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects, ideally in ERP implementations (Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations or Business Central) or in Fintech
- Highest level of English proficiency, spoken and written
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Hybrid and Agile project management methodologies
- Solid understanding of core project management principles and knowledge areas
- A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve how things are done
- Strong discipline, high standards, and clear communication skills
- Comfort managing both customer-facing and internal projects.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Microsoft CRM or Power Platform implementations.
