About the role
We are looking for a delivery-focused leader who can take complex, evolving requirements and turn them into structured, executable work across Dynamics 365 programs. You will sit at the intersection of product, delivery, and engineering, with a strong bias toward getting things done.
What you will be doing:
Product delivery and execution
- Own the backlog from strategy and requirements through delivery and validation. Translate business needs into clear user stories and tasks. Make sure teams always have well-defined, prioritized work, and remove ambiguity before it becomes a problem.
Turning complexity into clarity
- Break down the fit gap analysis into an actionable scope. Define exactly how gaps get solved. Bring structure to fast-moving environments where it does not yet exist.
Integration and architecture collaboration
- Define requirements across ERP, CRM, and service platforms. Work with technical architects to design integration models that hold up over time.
Building offerings and add-ons
- Help define repeatable industry solutions on Dynamics 365. Contribute to reusable components and productized services that strengthen what Reach brings to market.
Documentation and structure
- Create roadmaps and requirements documentation. Maintain traceability from requirements to delivery. Build process where it is missing.
Tooling and process improvement
- Work in Azure DevOps to structure backlogs and releases. Improve how the delivery team operates as we scale.
What we are looking for:
- Five or more years in product management or solution architecture with a strong delivery focus
- Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Field Service and Project Operations
- Experience working with mid-market to enterprise customers
- Heavy equipment or rental industry experience is a strong plus
- Ability to break complex problems into an executable scope
- Strong communication across business and engineering stakeholders
- A delivery-first mindset with genuine ownership and accountability
