About the role
You will be the supply chain expert on our client implementation teams, responsible for delivering the supply chain side of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management projects. Your job is to turn business goals into a working, well-designed solution, and to be someone clients trust from day one.
What you will be doing:
Functional expertise
- Build and maintain deep knowledge of the D365 supply chain modules: procurement and sourcing, inventory management, warehouse and transportation management, production control, and master planning.
End-to-end delivery
- Lead solutioning, fit gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, and deployment for the supply chain workstream.
Stakeholder relationships
- Build trust with COOs, supply chain directors, and other senior client stakeholders through clear, honest communication.
Project execution
- Work closely with your project manager and team to deliver on time, with accurate status updates and estimates along the way.
Continuous improvement
- Stay current on industry best practices and bring that knowledge into client work. Help improve how the team operates.
What we are looking for:
- At least two full-cycle deployments as a supply chain consultant on Dynamics AX and/or Dynamics 365 F&O
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and real attention to detail
- Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions with key stakeholders
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, operations, business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- An interest in growing into a leadership role over time
Bonus points if you also bring:
- Experience in the rental or heavy equipment industry
- Hands-on experience with the Dynamics 365 Asset Management module
