About the role
We are looking for an Account Executive who is ready to hit the ground running. You will bring your own Dynamics 365 market knowledge and sales experience to a team that is growing fast and values people who take ownership of their pipeline. Working closely with our sales lead, you will build and qualify your own opportunities, run outbound campaigns, and move deals forward alongside our senior consultants.
What you will be doing:
- Running outbound prospecting by email, phone, and LinkedIn, targeting CFOs, CTOs, and COOs at mid-market companies
- Qualifying inbound and marketing-sourced leads and routing them to the right consultant
- Managing your pipeline in D365 CRM and keeping it accurate
- Joining early-stage discovery calls and demos with our consulting team
- Working with marketing to sharpen messaging based on what you hear in the market
What we are looking for:
- Three to five years of selling Dynamics 365 solutions, whether Finance and Supply Chain, Business Central, or Customer Engagement
- A proven track record of hitting quota in B2B technology sales
- Comfort selling to senior finance and operations leaders, not just IT
- Based in the United States, Eastern or Central time zone, no exceptions
- Experience using D365 CRM or a similar tool
- Strong written and verbal communication. You can write a cold email a CFO will actually read
Nice to have:
- Experience at a Microsoft partner or VAR
- Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including co-sell and referral relationships
- A background in manufacturing, logistics, financial services, or construction
