About the role
We are looking for a Business Central consultant who can guide clients through the full implementation journey, from the first conversation to go live and beyond. You will be a trusted advisor as much as a technical expert.
What you will be doing:
Implementation leadership
- Own the implementation of Business Central solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
Client partnership
- Work directly with business stakeholders to understand what they need, spot opportunities to improve their processes, and turn that into a working solution.
Documentation
- Create and maintain functional specs, technical design documents, and user guides.
Training and support
- Run training sessions for end users and support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
Staying current
- Keep up with Business Central updates and share what you learn with the team.
What we are looking for:
- Strong Business Central functional expertise and good interpersonal skills
- Two years of experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Full professional English proficiency
- Coding knowledge is not required, but a plus
- Familiarity with Copilot is a plus
Nice to have:
- Microsoft Business Central certification
- A bachelor’s degree
