The short Version
You’ve outgrown the consultant title. This role is the next one.
You’ll lead functional delivery for our D365 Finance and Operations work, stay hands-on enough to keep your credibility, and build the US functional team around you.
Within one to two years, the plan is for you to become Reach’s Practice Leader.

About the impact you will be making:
- A named path, not a vague promise. Practice Leader in one to two years, with direct investment in your leadership development along the way.
- Real authority. You report directly to the Principal. You’re in the room when we decide how we deliver, who we hire and which work we take on.
- Equity. This role comes with stock options. You own part of the practice you build.
- Work with real scope. Our portfolio runs from mid-market rollouts to multi-site enterprise programs across D365 Finance, Supply Chain Management and Business Central.
- Senior peers. You join a team known for the quality of its Dynamics 365 work, not one you have to babysit.
What you’ll own
- Delivery quality. Discovery workshops, business process reviews, fit-gap analysis and solution design across our D365 engagements.
- Hands-on client work. Roughly half your time goes to design, configuration, training and go-live support. This is a working leadership role.
- The functional team. You mentor consultants, review their deliverables, and step in as the senior voice when a project needs one. US hiring. You help define the roles, run interviews and build the team.
- Client confidence. You’re the credible delivery voice with executives. When a client needs to hear bad news, you tell them early, not late.
- How we work. You improve how Reach scopes, demos, estimates and delivers, including pre-sales support.
What you need
- Real depth in Finance or in Supply Chain Management. Strength in both is a plus, but we’d rather have deep expertise in one.
- 7+ years with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (Finance and Operations). Time on Dynamics AX counts.
- At least 3 full-cycle implementations in a senior functional role, from discovery through go-live and stabilization.
- The ability to run a room: you can lead a workshop with C-level executives and leave with decisions made.
- Experience guiding other consultants, formally or informally.
Nice to have: Business Central exposure, Microsoft D365 certifications, Azure DevOps, and experience at a consulting firm or Microsoft partner.
